![]() ![]() ![]() I know from time to time there are posts/responses on here from them on some issues, but it seems like they are grossly understaffed to handle the issues that persist day in and day out. At this point- at least until the next title releases- there really should be a dedicated team from EA/DICE that are specifically tasked with not only gathering data to perform a fix, but better communicating with the community that the issues are at least being looked into. I do greatly appreciate the volunteers on here that do their best to help out. Almost every week there's pretty much going to be one of the same failures/bugs that have been happening essentially since launch. Sucks, but like.this whole evolution of the game has just been brutal. I'm pretty close to being in the same boat at this point in re: to considering not buying another title. Every time this happens I have to delete the cache folder. There HAS to be something going on with cloud data storage or something. Closed the game, relaunched- "Unable to load persistence data" (same error code as the OP). I've been playing fine for roughly 2-3 hours. Information, Guides and Announcements for the EA app. ![]()
